This notice explains what data RPC Relay Pro handles, why it is handled, and what boundaries are preserved.

• Account identifiers linked to tokens, tier, usage metadata, and expiry.
• Operational telemetry such as method groups, cache status, error counts, and edge timing when Analytics Engine is enabled.
• Optional signup email address used to create or recover a token session.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use account data to build advertising profiles. The local accelerator keeps request patterns on-device by default.

When you use the local Pro accelerator, warm reads are resolved from local memory and do not transit the edge under normal operation. Cold misses, health checks, prefetch, and authentication checks may leave the device.

The dashboard stores the active token and tier in browser local storage. This is intentional so the dashboard can authorize requests without embedding credentials in URLs.

Tokens and account records are kept only as long as needed for authentication, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. You may request removal by invalidating the token and contacting support with the associated email or account identifier.
