Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-23

These terms govern your use of RPC Relay Pro, including the edge cache, worker endpoint, local accelerator, dashboard, documentation, and any related support channels.

RPC Relay Pro is a read-oriented RPC acceleration layer. It improves latency, caching behavior, and transport resilience for read-heavy blockchain workflows. It is infrastructure tooling, not financial advice, and it does not guarantee profit or trading outcome.

Use must comply with applicable law and with the terms of the upstream providers behind this service. Do not use the service if you are prohibited from receiving these services under any applicable restriction.

Do not use the service to process unlawful content, abuse shared infrastructure, reverse-engineer the offered authentication or transport controls, resell access without permission, or misrepresent the performance or availability boundaries of the product.

Published Free and Pro plan limits are operational controls, not contractual guarantees. The service may apply request, batch, connection, and size limits at any time to protect shared capacity. Plan changes require payment and activation through the offered checkout flow.

RPC Relay does not custody funds, sign transactions, submit transactions, or validate strategy decisions. You retain full control of signing, gas selection, slippage, routing, and execution.

The service is provided on an as-available, best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Measured benchmarks describe specific environments and configurations; your results may differ.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost transactions, missed opportunities, data age, stale reads, upstream provider behavior, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Terms may be updated over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
